La Shayok is a boutique style resort centrally located in the beautiful, rustic, and scenic surroundings of Hunder village, in Nubra Valley, Leh-Ladakh. The village of Hunder is famous for its unique natural landscape wrapped in seabuckthorn forests, picturesque sand dunes, exotic double humped bactrian camels, with the mighty Shyok, Nubra and Siachen rivers crossing across the exquisite terrain of Nubra Valley: (originally called ‘ Ldumra’ : The Valley of flowers.)

At La Shayok, we currently have 16 Deluxe rooms and 1 Deluxe Suite designed in 9 independent traditional Ladakhi style mountain cottages. The rooms offer a spectacular view of the bare majestic Karakoram and Nubra mountain ranges. In the resort, the guests will also be greeted with the tranquil sight of a fresh water stream that flows inside the vast lush green property, overlooking a meadow of trees and flowers.
